Founder & CEO Naren NAGPAL leads the Management team at ReadiMinds.

Naren Nagpal has been a Senior Executive in the Enterprise Software industry. He has over 25 years of highly successful international experience in the IT industry.
In his professional career, Naren has had a highly successful track record in establishing regional head quarters/RHQ companies (three prior to ReadiMinds) and undertaking regional expansions, General Management, P&L/EVA Management, Business Development, Market Development, Strategic Alliances and Channels Development, Solutions/ Consultative Sales and Marketing, and People Management.

Naren's last assignment was with Oracle Corporation as Director - Asia, based in Singapore. Prior to this, he was the General Manager - Asia Pacific (Asean and India sub continent) - Eastman Software/Eastman Kodak. Naren was a GOLD employee and member of Dragon High Achiever's Club at Eastman Software/Eastman Kodak. Before Eastman Software, Naren was the Regional Manager - Asia Pacific for a German Software company, specializing in logistics supply chain management. He was then involved with European business development activities too for the company.

Naren belongs to the pioneer/start-up group of employees of Wipro Infotech - largest Indian IT Company today. In addition, he has held management positions with large Indian IT houses namely OMC/Tata and FEC/HCL-Hewlett Packard.

Naren has received numerous awards throughout his professional career. He is also the member of the Singapore Computer Society and Association for Computing Machinery/ACM USA.

Naren has deep understanding of internet, service-oriented architecture and web services technology and its cross-industry business applications.

Naren writes and speaks on these topics regularly and he is often quoted in the international media. He has written for and contributed to Computer World, Software Asia, Business Times, IT Times, among others. He has spoken in various international forums/events on technology and business strategies.

Eastman Software/Eastman Kodak sponsored Naren for Executive Management Development (General Management and Strategic Management) Program by faculty of International Institute for Management Development/IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland. After his Bachelor's degree, he did his research work in IIT Delhi towards the Ph.D, but finally decided to join commercial R&D. Naren did his Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in 1981 - with specialization in Computer Engineering and was a merit scholar.
