ReadiONE: Right-Time Response System consists of:
- ReadiONE Workbench: Metadata based visual modeling system, designed for Business Analysts to model, edit, deploy and manage the incident detection scenarios. Standard scenario library is included in out-of-the-box product, based on the required solution.
- ReadiONE WSS: Business Process Modeling & Mobilization Platform: It includes web services studio, BPEL business process modeling/orchestration, and mobilization. It is used to quickly create and expose web services, graphically model business processes, and for mobilization.
- ReadiONE CORE: Real-time Monitoring/Surveillance & Analytics platform, includes cross-channel monitoring (web and non-web), risk-based multi-layered security, scenario/incident detection, self-learning predictive scoring, rules, and analytics engines. ReadiONE CORE also supports user, device and incident audit trails.
- ReadiONE Response Management: Role based application system, includes Incident Investigation, Forensics, Case Management, and Role-Based Real-Time Dashboard.
ReadiMinds’ key focus is on Transaction Security & Cross-Channel Financial Fraud Prevention [covers both external & internal frauds - including Identity Theft, MITM Attacks, Cross-Channel, Multi-Channel, Multi-Dimension & Multi-Vecor attacks & Online Financial Fraud Prevention]; Financial Crime Surveillance; Real-Time Risk Monitoring & Mitigation; Self-Learning Predictive Scoring; and Real-Time Electronic Surveillance; for the BFSI and homeland security industries. ReadiONE is a “holistic” multi-layered solution to transaction security & cross-channel financial fraud prevention, as opposed to “point/piecemeal” solutions available in the market place. It provides security at all stages of a transaction, and monitors not only the transaction but also the user, accounts and the device. ReadiONE is a “cross-channel” solution as opposed to a “single” channel solution. ReadiONE simultaneously monitors variety of online channels – namely internet, phone, teller, mobile, ATM, etc. In addition, ReadiONE also provides Internal/Employee Fraud Prevention, Financial Crime Surveillance, Real-Time Risk Monitoring & Mitigation, Self-Learning Predictive Scoring, and Right-Time Compliance Management for the BFSI industry.
ReadiONE is the result of over 5 years of R&D. ReadiONE software suite was initiated as the result of an innovation grant from IDA/EDB, Singapore. ReadiONE is built ground-up using new generation innovative architecture and technologies, namely event-driven architecture, service-oriented architecture, business process architecture, metadata, composite event processing, predictive scoring and BPEL. In addition, it uses new generation self-learning risk-scoring and rule engines. Therefore, ReadiONE is easy to configure and quick to implement, is designed to be primarily managed by business analysts as opposed to IT analysts, and has low TCO (total cost of ownership). It is designed not only to meet today’s requirements, but also grow to meet tomorrow’s needs.
